The first day changing my diet:Raw Vegan

So I am on the good start with my food modification today and the meals came out pretty good.

The bread I eat is gluten-free/Vegan so that works out great too. 

I feel better after I ate all my meals today.

I made a vegan patty with Brazil nuts, sun-dried tomatoes, and sesame seeds.  

Breakfast: homemade coconut yogurt topped with coconut sugar and fruit.

Lunch: Salad with 🌶 peppers
