Vegan Patty Recipe: Brazil Nut Patties

2 cups of Brazil nuts,

1 cup of sunflower seeds,

two Campari tomatoes, 

4oz of sun dried tomatoes in 100% olive oil from @sprouts 

1 teaspoon of cumin

1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoons garlic salt

1/2 garlic powder

Place all in food processor for five minutes or until lightly smooth, 

Place on cooking sheet on parchment paper at 225-250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. 

Once brown and crispy it is time to remove from oven to cool. 

  1. Serve or refrigerate for later.
