I made my first vegan burger patty
Today I decided to create my own patty because I love burgers but need more control of the ingredients in the patty. So I purchased, precooked black eyed peas 1/2 a cup, baby spinach 1 cup, brown baby Bella slided mushrooms 1/2 cup , spicy brown deli style mustard 3 table spoons, white rice powder 3/4 cup, 1 cup of drinking water. Look below at the images to see the brands I used.
After putting these ingredients together I blended them in to a paste, placed them in a skillet until the paste form turned solid. I kept flipping until they browned.

The blend looks green due to the use of spinach.
