🇱🇷 Liberian Casava Leaf with a Vegan Twist.
Because of my kidney disease and Sarcoidosis I have to limit the salt and oil that I consume...
Today, I was able to make cassava leaf with mushrooms, onions, and habaneros; seasoned with pepper soup spice mix , garlic salt and pepper seasoning.
I used a tiny bit of olive oil.
I wish I could do palm oil but that will cost me to have high blood pressure... So to tell you the truth, it taste pretty good and I loved it.
